World famous chef Joel Robuchon has opened his only restaurant in Las Vegas and he made sure that only a select few would be able to afford his cuisine. Joel Robuchon is world famous for their 16-course tasting menu that takes an extensive four hours to enjoy. However, this meal is often called “the best meal in America” and it is worth every cent of the $360 per person that it costs.

 
The dining room itself is like a work of art. Lightly colored furniture that is comfortable enough to put in someone’s living room is the perfect backdrop for dramatic purples that fill the room in strategically placed accents. Flowers on the table, napkins, light fixtures, every detail of the limited seating dining room is fit for a king.
 
Although pricey, Joel Robuchon is one-of-a-kind. Joel Robuchon is a world-renowned French chef who decided to open his very first restaurant in the U.S. at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The rich, famous, and everyone in between have been dying to get a taste of the cuisine ever since. The dining room is small and reservations are required.
 
For those of us who are not high-rollers, Joel Robuchon offers a taste of his delicious cuisine at his more casual and less-expensive (but not by much) restaurant, L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon which is also located inside the MGM Grand.
